Payment Policy and Regulations for Karaoke Room
Usage
Pre-Payment Requirement: All services, including the karaoke room rental, extensions, beverages, and food, must be prepaid before use.
No Refunds for Karaoke Time: Once the reserved time for karaoke commences, there will be no provision for refunds or cancellations.
Consumption Time Limit: All food and beverages must be consumed within the allotted time for karaoke. At the end of the scheduled time, occupants are required to vacate the room.
Water Provisions: Water is not complimentary during karaoke sessions and must be purchased separately by users.
Prohibition of Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the karaoke rooms. If found, a fee of $50 per item will be charged, and confiscated items, including food and alcohol, will not be returned.
Smoking and Vaping Prohibition: Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden within the premises. Any infringement will result in immediate expulsion from the room without a refund.
Security Measures: Closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs) are installed in every room for security purposes.
Damage Charges: Any damage caused to our equipment will incur additional charges: Microphone ($500), TV ($1000), Karaoke Machines ($1000), Mirror Ball ($50).
Cleaning Charges: A cleaning fee of $50 will be applied in the event of excessive alcohol spills or instances requiring clean-up due to vomit.
Responsible Drinking: We encourage responsible drinking practices among our patrons.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason deemed necessary by the management.
Intoxication Policy: Individuals deemed excessively intoxicated prior to or during karaoke will be denied service. If intoxication is observed during the session, alcohol service will be discontinued.
Last Call for Karaoke: Our last call for karaoke sessions is at 10:45 PM. Entry will not be permitted after this time.
